The Zero .1% for Art Commission
We formed the Zero .1% for Art Commission to distribute art to the general  public. Our mission is to put art in the hands of 0.1 percent of the population  of Philadelphia. We believe that reaching that goal would reestablish a critical  lost link between the general public and art.
