What the Commission gave away at 17th and Market streets, Philadelphia, June 3, 1999:
The small sculptures, enclosed in a white paper snack bag, were hand-folded paper children's fortune tellers. The good fortunes were pictures by Picasso, Mary Cassatt, and other famous artists.
